I think we’re going on year 11 now

And it feels like we’ve known each other for infinities.

My twin.

That you should be born on the same day, moving through the world just one country over

Unbeknownst to one another

But that our geographies should one day cross

In the desert of Abu Dhabi

And then on a bench in Washington square park

Nothing is by accident, I’m learning - over and over again

And our paths coming together was part of a larger Devine design

It has to be

So we could know that as we walk our paths,

Individually,

Be it in Belgrade and Berlin,

NYC or Abu Dhabi,

Tbilisi or Paris haha

Anywhere it is that you may be and I can’t be

Or where I should be and you can’t be

We will never be walking alone

Just a deep knowing, that my twin is there

And he is never alone

And I am never alone
